The Space:

Come take a dip in the refreshing saltwater pool - complete with a splash pad at one end to lay out in the sun or cool off on a hot day. Feel free to hang out and float on the floaties and soak it all up! The privacy fence ensures your relaxation stays private.



The fully functional guest suite comes with all the comforts and amenities of home. It features a queen-size bed, a desk for the work-from-homers, a couch that folds out to a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. It also has a flat-screen TV for Netflix and chill time with family and friends.



It's a perfect space for a couple or small group looking for a fun, affordable stay.



And we've got you covered with all the needed amenities, including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.



Looking to work from home? The house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn!



The place honestly is perfect if you are wanting a great vacation with all the amenities but avoid the high-traffic areas of PCB. The neighborhood is a nice residential neighborhood close to shopping and dining.



The guest suite sits on a shared property with the main house in front (separate listing) and the pool is shared between the two. Please consider this if privacy is important to you.



Guest Access:

The guest house is located behind the main house.



You have access to the RIGHT side of the driveway, the guest suite (behind the main house), and the backyard/patio area and pool, which are shared with the main house. Please park on the right as parking on the left is for the main house.



Once you park, you will see brick pavers leading the way to the fence gate headed into the backyard. That gate will lead you to a walkway down the side of the main house and to the guest house, located on the other side of the pool. The door to the guest house has a smart lock for easy self check-in.

Situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.

Getting Around:

It is best to have a car to get around to shopping and dining.

Other Things to Note:

The Splash House is two-listing property. The back patio and pool are shared so you may see the guests from the main house. The entrances are private and have different access codes, so security is nothing to worry about! However, consider this if you want complete privacy.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!



For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.



GENERAL:

Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.



SMOKING:

Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.



NOTE:

Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.

Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
