Enjoying views over the valley and river below is Sky View, a luxury three bedroom holiday apartment situated on the edge of Exmoor in Lynmouth, North Devon. The second floor, pet friendly apartment comfortably sleeps up to six and is located within easy reach of the local village where guests can find a range of shops and places to eat.

The open plan living area is beautifully decorated in neutral tones and offers a great place to sit back and relax. The open plan living area is divided into a comfy lounge with wood burning stove and TV, a dining area with table to seat six and a well-equipped kitchen, which is fitted with a wide range of appliances such as a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The three bedrooms at Sky View benefit from zip and link beds, which allows guests to choose between a king size double bed or two single beds. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, which have a shower, a wash basin and a WC, whilst the third bathroom is the family bathroom and has a bath with a shower overhead.

Each apartment at Lynmouth Holiday Apartments has its own dedicated parking space and guests can access all onsite communal facilities. A private pathway from the building leads directly to the village of Lynmouth.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.

Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
