The Arbor House is a non-smoking home and perfect for family summer vacations, golfers, and RESPONSIBLE bachelor and bachelorette parties. There are neighbors to be courteous of, but they are not so close as to be on top of you. You will have a lot of privacy in and outside of this home.

Our guests will enjoy plenty of room for yard games, a hot tub (year-round), a deck with ample seating, and a fire pit with chairs. We also have game and theater rooms.

This tastefully decorated home has everything your family or small group will need for your Wisconsin Dells getaway regardless of the season. Besides the full kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking tools, there is an outdoor gas grill to do your cooking on.

Our guests have access to the entire property with the exception of some locked storage areas.

We are nearby to help our guests when they need it, but we will give them the space they expect.

This neighborhood is mostly permanent residents. We have large yards that provide a strong sense of privacy.
• Minimum Age. You must be 23 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight at the property. Visitors are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 12
• Hot Tub. These hot tub rules are for health and safety reasons.
o Not more than 6 guests may use the hot tub at once.
o Guests must shower before entering the hot tub
o No soaps, oils, or any additives are permitted in the hot tub
o No glass may be in or around the hot tub
o The hot tub may be serviced during your stay. We will try not to disturb you
o The chemical/chlorine floater may not be removed from the hot tub
o If the hot tub needs serviced during your stay, please notify your host
o If the hot tub does not look healthy (greenish tint, low water, debris) do not use and notify your host
o No jumping in the hot tub
• Parking. Guests may park a maximum of 7 vehicles and shall not impede or annoy the neighbors with vehicle noise or parking.
• Pets. The only pets allowed are dogs (maximum 2) up to 60 pounds each and we do not allow breeds that are widely considered aggressive such as, but not limited to, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc...An additional $100 will be charged if pets are not picked up after in the home or the yard. Damage to home by pets will result in additional fees sufficient to cover the damage or extra cleaning expense.
• Quiet hours. While there are no official quiet hours, guests must be respectful of our neighbors. This is especially important with noise after 10:00 PM.
• Grilling. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Liability. Owner and Manager are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owner and Manager are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
