Situated in beautiful Lyndhurst, enjoy forest walks, cycling and local pubs by day, then return for al fresco dining and relaxed evenings around the fire pit. With elegant living spaces and a chef-ready kitchen, itâs your perfect space to relax in the New Forest.

â The Bedrooms
Inside, each of the seven bedrooms has its own distinctive personality, complete with plush beds, stylish dĂ©cor, and five ensuite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. One ground-floor suite even offers its own private entrance and accessible walk-in shower â ideal for multi-generational stays.
A king room with an accessible shower/wet room and its own entrance and exit, if needed, is located on the ground level. The first floor comprises one super king room with an ensuite bathroom, one king room with an ensuite, and one king room that shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with a smaller double room. The second floor features one king room with an ensuite, an additional king room, and a family bathroom located on the same floor.

The heart of the home is the chefâs dream kitchen, fully equipped with a large island, American-style fridge, double oven, wine cooler, and bar seating â all overlooking the striking dining room with a feature fireplace and elegant garden room. Whether itâs a hearty brunch or celebratory dinner, youâll love gathering here.

Relaxation awaits in the decadent lounge, thoughtfully designed with boutique interiors and smart HD art TVs. Or step outside to your private garden oasis â complete with a hand-carved dining table, cosy summer house with fridge and hatch, and a large fire pit area for magical evenings under the stars.

â Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
â Please note that we have a device installed at the property that detects noise levels and alerts us to excessive noise at the property. The same device detects cigarette smoke. Smoking is prohibited.
â You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area.
â Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
â A hold of ÂŁ300 will be placed on your card 2 days before check-out as a security deposit. This is not a charge, and the hold will be automatically released 5 days after check-out, provided there are no deductions for damages. Any necessary deductions will be communicated to you prior to processing.
