Our street ends with a set of steps that will take you right to the heart of downtown where you can explore all of the unique local sights, sounds, and flavors of our city. Take a stroll down the bluff walk, or explore Percival`s Island as you walk alongside the James River. Our Downtown Community Market, YMCA, White Hart Cafe, and so many other wonderful places are within walking distance from our lovely neighborhood.

This apartment is located on the ground level of a historic home where the owners live upstairs. While we keep noise to a minimum, some sound may be heard. A noise machine is provided for your comfort.
Please helps us keep our white brick floor clean by removing your shoes once you`re inside.

Please do not smoke anywhere on the property.

Our pipes are old, so please do not flush anything besides toilet paper, and do not wash anything (grease or food) down the sink.
