You’ll love staying in this bright open airy loft with mid-century modern decor in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg, Va. This loft is huge, but is currently only set up for two guests. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed, closet, and sitting area.
As this loft is above a few other lofts, we’re asking that guests request approval ahead of time if they’re planning on having people over, especially late at night, and that they remove shoes in the loft.
Accessible by one set of stairs.

Main Office Lofts are located in a recently renovated commercial building in the heart of Downtown Lynchburg Virginia. This downtown Loft has loads of character & modern amenities. Very comfortable King bed in bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with fridge/stove/oven, record player, pool table, TV and more. Accessible by one flight of stairs. This loft is very spacious and open, giving you a true loft experience in the heart of downtown Lynchburg, Virginia. Please note: no additional overnight guests as this loft is specifically setup for 2 people.

Guests have access to the entire loft/bathroom/kitchen, balcony, as it’s a separate full apartment.

We love meeting our guests to show them in and make sure they have everything they need, and orient them to Downtown Lynchburg!

This loft is in the heart of downtown Lynchburg, Va, on the corner of 9th and Jefferson. The location is considered by many to be the best location to stay in Lynchburg! A few blocks from the James River, Downtown Library, art galleries, a Kids museum, the Farmer’s Market, bike trails, restaurants, coffee shops, the Lynchburg Museum, and many other attractions. Lynchburg is experiencing a major revitalization right now, and this area is one of the coolest areas in Lynchburg! There are things going on all the time..summer concerts every weekend, wine festivals, international festivals, and the bateau festival! The first Friday of every month art galleries are open for free for First Friday’s.

Walking is the best way to get around downtown! Many of our guests also UBER or take the city bus around.

We love all things living, which is why we’ve filled the loft with lots of bright happy plants! Please open the curtains during the day to make sure the plants (and you) get plenty of light!
Please keep the sliding glass door closed if the air conditioning or heat is on. This loft is huge, and it takes a long time to heat and cool!
The windows out the back of the loft look out to a parking lot, and the one on the side of the loft look out to a hill, and you can also see the river from these windows.
Street parking and most of the lots/garages are free on nights and weekend. Parking pass is available upon request.
There is a smart tv in the loft with a Roku device, so you can access all of your personal accounts to watch tv
The loft has high speed internet
The loft is cleaned with all natural Melaleuca cleaning products.

If you would like to have a small gathering in the space, there is the option of either booking the entire building (we have a separate listing for this), or that you also book the Vintage Courtyard Loft and the Vault Loft so noise won’t be an issue!

No billiards (pool)/ping pong after 8pm/before 9am
No parties/ additional visitors without prior approval.
No smoking
