A luxury penthouse, sea view, 3 bedroom apartment which accommodates up to 5 guests (aged 10 years +) with fabulous large, private, sunny garden situated in the Grade II listed historic Monmouth House overlooking Georges Square in the heart of the beautiful old town of Lyme Regis. Complimentary Car parking nearby and one dog friendly (ÂŁ10 per night dog fee). MSPA Hot tub for 4 guests fees apply. Located a 3 minute flat walk to beach/sea, shops and restaurants in the most beautiful part of the Old town.
