➞ The entire home is yours to enjoy, you won't be sharing with any other guests.

➞ 24/7 self-check-in using a digital lock (Instructions are provided on arrival day for easy access)
Other things to note
➞ The driveway up to the property is steep and bumpy. Please make sure you won't be driving a sports car with low clearance up. AWD or 4X4 is recommended but usually not necessary unless when snowy or icy.

➞ Please Wipe your foot before enter the hot tub. Pebbles and rocks can damage the hot tub.

➞ We do have StarLink Wifi, and cell signal is usually good and can be used as hot spot when necessary. We recommend enjoying more what the beautiful Shenandoah has to offer and less screen time.

➞ Please wash dishes by hand before check-out.

➞ It's a mountain area, the water sometimes tastes funny and has a smell. You may want to bring your own drinking water.

➞ We try our best to do pest control. But it's in the mountains, homes of flying and crawling insects like flies, mosquitos, caterpillar, gnats, ants etc. We have various sprays in the property, but be prepared to see many of them around.

➞ We have a charcoal grill and a firepit. But we don't provide charcoal and firewood for liability issues. They are easy to find in grocery stores and gas stations.

➞ The house has two fireplaces, but they are not functional. The use of the fireplaces IN ANY WAY is not allowed. Please don't burn down this lovely house.

➞ The jets in the bathtub is not operational.

➞ Clean after your dog

➞ Cover the hot tub and tune the temperature to 99 degree when not using and more.

➞ Violation of the house rules is subject to hefty fines. Or worse, being reported to local authorities to move-out immediately.

➞ Please double-check the House Rule section of the listing and make sure they will be followed.
