The Space:
The entrance to this condominium is located inside the Ledgewood E Building. Follow the stairs to the second level and it is unit on the left, unit 4. This building actually sits into the hill, so the 2nd floor has access to the ski trail! Open the door to the mudroom with cubbies and ample storage space to store your gear. Kick off your boots and enter the main living space with a nicely updated full kitchen with bar seating for three and a dining area for six. You'll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal after your day on the slopes or to enjoy takeout at the local eateries.

The living room is the highlight of the condominium with two cozy couches, a big love seat, a television, and a brick wood-burning fireplace. There's plenty of room to gather your friends and family together and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Ready to go skiing? Simply exit through the back patio located off of the living room and step right onto the ski trail. This trail will connect you to the Kettlebrook ski trail and then will continue down to the Clocktower Base Area.

This spacious unit offers sleeping spaces for up to eight guests throughout three bedrooms. The primary suite is located to the left of the living room with a large private bath and a bright bedroom with views of the slopes. High ceilings, big windows, and a king-sized bed make this room a cozy escape. The two other guest rooms are located to the right of the mudroom and share a bathroom in the hallway space, along with the washer and dryer. The bunk room fits three guests with twin-sized bunk beds and an additional twin-sized bed. It's the perfect space for the kids to escape to! The third bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with a closet, a dresser for storage, and a sitting area.

There's no reason to keep searching for the perfect slopeside condominium because you've found it! Easy access to the unit, and even easier access to the ski trail, plus a cozy, clean, and updated interior with space for your family, friends, and more.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival.
