This is a stylish, quiet and pleasant base located in a popular area to explore our charming town, the scenic South Shropshire Hills, or to provide working professionals a warm and comfortable stop-over with free driveway parking for 2 cars.
There are two super comfortable bedrooms upstairs with stylish bathroom.
This house is located on the new development Quarry Place, a quiet estate, which is a 15-minute walk from Ludlow town centre.
On the ground floor from the front entrance, walk into the welcoming main living area with Smart TV and cosy seating for 4.
This leads through to an open-plan kitchen dining area, with patio doors out onto the lawned garden with seating.
Stairs from the sitting room lead to two comfortable bedrooms, both with king-size beds. Each room has lots of storage with chest of drawers and wardrobes.
In the clean and modern bathroom is a bath for relaxing tired muscles, with a shower over and plenty of hot water.
A superb, modern and clean property for your short break, longer stay or a base from which to work in the area.

Guests have use of the whole property and the front and rear gardens, apart from a locked room, which the host uses as storage,
If you would like a late check-out, weâre happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of ÂŁ35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.
We have allocated parking for two vehicles in front of the property.

Around the clock Guest-Support is also available before, during and after your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
