Pass the Keys | 3 Bedroom home local to Ludlow town centre
Welcome to our home in the charming town of Ludlow, nowned for its history, culture, and food scene. Located just a five-minute drive from the market town centre, this three-storey home is a comfortable and well-equipped base for families, friends, or those visiting the area for work. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the house offers a convenient space to explore Ludlow Castle, or wander the townâs cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cafĂ©s, and traditional timber-framed buildings.
On the ground floor, youâll find an open-plan lounge and dining area features a Smart TV and flows into a modern, fully equipped cosy kitchen. Patio doors open onto a private fully enclosed patio area. There is also a cloakroom along with coat and boot storageâperfect after a day exploring.
The first floor has a single bedroom and a double bedroom that also includes an additional single bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A family bathroom with a bath is on this floor, along with a dressing room providing generous wardrobe space.
On the top floor, youâll find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower.
Ludlow is a thriving medieval market town, which hosts regular events and festivals. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice with a fantastic selection of restaurants and the renowned Ludlow Food Centre nearby. The town also hosts a popular food festival each year.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is just on the doorstep, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling, and scenic drives. You might also enjoy riverside walks along the Teme, exploring local markets, or visiting historic churches and gardens in the area.
Whether youâre seeking a relaxing getaway, a foodie adventure, or a base to explore the Shropshire countryside, our Ludlow home provides a welcoming stay close to everything this historic town has to offer.
The whole of the property is available for guests.
If you would like a late check-out, weâre happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of ÂŁ45, up to 1 pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. If youâd like to arrange a late check-out, please let us know

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
