The Space:
This top-floor condominium at Winterplace M305 is located up three flights of covered stairs with a convenient ski locker at the entry-level. The easy stairs are worth the quietness, privacy, and wooded views of the Vermont trees. You will enter a mudroom with benches and hooks to store your gear or get ready for the ski day. The laundry room is attached to the mudroom and comes with extra storage space.

Heading straight into the heart of the condo, the main living space features an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a cozy living room with high ceilings. The kitchen has space for four at the bar and another six at the table. Large countertops and plenty of cabinets make this a great vacation kitchen for food storage and big group meals. The wood-burning fireplace sits in the middle of the living room along with a large television, big windows, and skylights for a bright interior. This space is perfect for game nights, movie nights, and relaxing by the fire after a long day on the hill. Plus, the private deck is located off of the living room with pretty wooded views.

The primary en-suite bedroom features a king-sized bed with an attached full bathroom and sliding doors to the private deck. Extra closet storage space and dressers are perfect for your winter wear. The second bedroom is located by the front door with a king-sized bed, spacious room, and an en-suite full bath that attaches to the third room. The bunk room sleeps up to four with two sets of bunks, as well as a tv and storage space. These cozy bedrooms combined can sleep up to eight guests.

Surprise! There is a lofted space (fourth bedroom) with additional sleeping for two with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Follow the stairway up to the tucked-away loft and slide the barn doors closed for privacy and to block out the sun for a sleep-in morning.
