The Space:
This ski-in/ski-out condominium is located at Winterplace K305 on Okemo, which sits nearly half-way up the mountain, allowing you direct ski trail and chairlift access. This unit is in the K-Building, known as the best building in this complex due to its truly slopeside location. Once you've arrived, access the unit by the far right stairs and head up to the third level. This top-floor unit has amazing views of the skiers and riders cruising down the ski trails as well as the lifts spinning. Entering into the ski home you're greeted by every skier's dream; a large mudroom with plenty of room to store your gear.

This condominium is incredibly spacious with three bathrooms and an additional loft space. With room to accommodate ten guests, you'll find this space very cozy yet roomy! The bunkroom is located to the left of the entry with two twin-sized bunk bed sets and shares a bathroom with the second guest room. The second guest room featured a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom access. The primary suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as access to the private deck to soak in those views or enjoy a cup of coffee in the Adirondack chairs.

Upstairs, you'll find the lofted bedroom space with two twin-sized beds and a desk area. This is a great spot for the kids to escape to with space to play.

The heart of the home features an updated kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has recently received a facelift with all-new appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage for your ski trip snacks. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar with room for three or at the dining table with room for six or more. The living room is the highlight of the home with cathedral ceilings, a soaring wood-burning stone fireplace, large windows with views of the chairlift, and comfortable couch seating.
