It's located in downtown Ludlow, a small, charming, historic town known as both a winter wonderland and a hub of outdoor activity in all four seasons. Head across the street, hop on board the shuttle and spend the day at Okemo Mountain Resort (three-quarters of a mile west) with its 121 trails, 20 lifts, 632 skiable acres of terrain, and 2,200-foot vertical drop - the highest in all of Southern Vermont. Come summer, you'll find the Okemo Valley Golf Club one mile north, with the serene shores of Lake Rescue (four miles north) and Echo Lake (six miles north) just a short drive beyond. Within walking distance are several popular gear shops and eateries, including Killarney, The Cookster, and Goodman's American Pie.

As you enter this mountain charmer, you will discover a comfortable full-size bed and sofabed, perfect for cozying up and watching a movie on the smart TV after a day on the slopes. There's also a convenient kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and air fryer, perfect for prepping some snacks or popping some popcorn to go with that movie. If you don't feel like cooking, you're within a mile of plentiful restaurants and cafes. Additional perks include board games! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
