Welcome to our cozy and comfortable cottage in Ludington, Michigan! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning lake and dune view, our home is the perfect escape for a relaxing vacation.

Spend your days lounging in the large yard, soaking in the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The outdoor dining area is perfect for gathering, and the fire pit is a great spot for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool evenings.

Inside, the cottage is spacious and inviting. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for spending quality time with loved ones, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up delicious meals. The bedroom is comfortable and restful, with a plush queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and all the essentials you'll need for your stay.

The place is exactly as described. It is well maintained, clean and has an awesome view of Hamlin Lake from the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and it is surrounded by other well maintained homes. I will stay here again it is available.

Positive experience all around. Great communication by host. Cottage was clean, well supplied, and perfect for the two of us. Cottage was updated but also retained touches of past decades which contributed to the quaint feel. Great location and beautiful view of Hamlin Lake, even though this is located across a small road from the lake.

John was very helpful and prompt when answering the phone or text questions. This wonderful cottage was well appointed with the little things we needed. Along with being clean. The only small things I would suggest, would possibly be more flexible check in and check out hours. And to pay less fees and more for the place even it the price was the same price. But again, over all an excellent stay.

Great quiet stay

Went there to be near Ludington State Park to kayak and paddle board. This was a great location and close drive to the park. Not easy access to Hamlin Lake but you see it out the window. Loved the grill for cooking and the fun with the corn hole game that was provided. We also did a lot of stovetop and oven cooking. Each morning we slept in which is unusual for us when at home.

Amazing Cottage

Everything was clean and we loved the dune view cottage. Added another night to our stay and hope to stay again sometimes. Had everything we needed and was super pet friendly. Stocked kitchen and coffee supplies and comfortable.

Hamlin Cottage

Lakefront neighborhood located in a detour zone, but a quick call to the owner (he was responsive and helpful) clarified the location for us. Great property, exceptionally comfortable. A wonderful place to bring your fur-babies for a get-away. I highly recommend this property!

Dune View Cottage - Excellent Spot!

The Dune View Cottage was perfect for our weekend get-a-way! All the amenities, spotlessly clean, great communication with the manager/owner, and they even did extra for us for a surprise birthday. WOW, this was great! This is a must stay location, and we’ll be back!

Weekend Stay

In town for a wedding and it was a perfect place to stay with all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen supplies makes life much easier when traveling. The dog bowls and towels to wipe paws by the door were appreciated! It was great to be able to bring our spry senior dog so he wouldn’t be stressed in a kennel. We all loved relaxing in front of the big picture window. Would definitely recommend this property.

Quick trip

Wonderful short stay after dropping off daughter at college. Our first time in the area and we were able to being our small dog along. It was just perfect and a wonderful way to end the week after mixed emotions dropping off the “baby” of the family. Especially loved the air conditioning as we noticed that most cottages don’t have it! Highly recommend.

Great place for kids grandkid and dog

Great Cottage, would definitely book again! The cottage was perfect for my kids, grand baby and Dog. Kitchen and living area is open concept so There is plenty of room for all the extra baby gear and room to hang out. The cotttage is well stocked, including a great coffee bar, a crock pot( didn’t use but nice to have) and dog bowls, dog towels and clean up bags. We really enjoyed the fire pit. Parking is tight as it is everywhere on the beach road, but there is three spots. Neighbors are keeping a close eye on the place.

Great getaway with our pet

Everything was better than expected from the cottage to the weather. We had our Golden Retriever with us there were two beautiful beaches there we could take her off leash and let her swim, one worth checking out is Butterville Park/Beach about 15-20 minutes away. Everything we needed was within 20 minutes of the cottage. John was a great host and answered any questions we had. We hope to get back again soon.

Nice but overpriced for what you get.

Photo was misleading. In fact it was hard to find since properly did not match the photo. View is nice and bed is comfortable, but we stayed at a much larger property the night before at 1/3 the cost!

Great weekend getaway

This little house was perfect for my husband and I. It’s clean and well stocked, although we didn’t do any cooking. We had a small fire in the fire pit. John recommended a restaurant called Stix that was fantastic! We were there a few times, sometimes to eat, we went bowling, and watched football. We brought our bikes and took a ride around the neighborhood. It was beautiful! I brought a paddle board, however, it was too windy to use it, but there is a spot where I could’ve gone. John is very attentive and helpful. Thank You!!!
