Harbor View is an open concept warehouse loft condo featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with view of the water, and fully equipped kitchen.

Sleep comfortably on standard size beds in each bedroom. Prepare your fresh coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. Then make your way to the balcony with a view of the harbor and The Badger. You can also head to the roof top deck for panoramic views of Lake Michigan.

After a day at the beach or exploring, enjoy the indoor pool and/or hot tub, or snuggle up next to the fireplace with a glass of wine.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit - no need to leave the condo. Linens and towels provided.

Located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Only a short distance to the beach by bike or car.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was the perfect size for our group of four. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, glassware, etc., and there was more than enough laundry soap and other cleaning supplies for the week. The balcony was a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail and take in the arrival or departure of the SS Badger. We were also surprised to see a gas grill available for use (this was not listed as an amenity on the description). We didn’t use it, but appreciated the option to grill. I’ve been vacationing in Ludington at the Harbor Terrace since 2014 and can’t say enough good things about the overall property. We hope to return to this Harbor View condo in the future.

Anniversary getaway

Email address says north but building outside says east so a little confusing. Inside dishwasher needs replacing and kitchen pipes rattle like they’re going to break. Unit was clean and close to all restaurants. We walked everywhere. There was an odd smell , which I think may have been coming from the garbage disposal, but I was afraid to turn it on with the pipes rattling so bad. Nice unit and good location..

Spring break getaway

Contact with the property manager was great. Nikki replied quickly with my issues checking in. Condo was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had some problems with the heat - very cold one night. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.

Great location!

Lovely Condo in a Great Location!

Like one reviewer said, this place looks even better in person than in the pictures! The high ceilings, window, and the deck were lovely, and the rooms were comfortable (though those who slept in the bunk beds did mention that they squeaked slightly). The location was also great, being in walking distance to the marina and much of downtown Ludington. I would suggest a little more lighting in the main living areas, as things could get kind of dark inside when it was heavily overcast and rainy outside. And as another person mentioned, it was a bit odd and a hassle to have to do all the extra paperwork outside of simply booking a place on VRBO like we usually do. But overall, we had an excellent experience in this beautiful place, and would definitely come here again!

Wonderful Place!

Seldomly is the actual property better than the photos. This one sure is! What a GREAT place. A beautiful, well-designed condo with lots of space, very comfortable beds, a fantastic kitchen and a cozy outdoor deck with a marina view. The huge sectional gave us both room to stretch out and enjoy watching the US Open Tennis Finals on the large TV over the fireplace. Scented candles made for relaxing evenings after long days hunting for rocks and beach glass. A perfect location, right around the corner from shopping and dining. The condo was obviously well built and was very quiet. The indoor parking was a blessing when we loaded up our car during a heavy rain. The Westshore Management Team was very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to staying there again as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

Great place to stay in Ludington. close to all of the shopping and restaurants and the beach is a short walk for relaxation and sunsets. We were 5 adults--parents and grown children. Plenty of room.

Nice Stay

Nice place to stay with a great location. Easy to walk most anywhere. The condo had everything we needed. A very pleasant trip. This was our first booking through Vrbo and I thought it was odd initially paying through Vrbo and then having to go through the property manager to pay outside of the app and sign a couple of documents and agreements which had details not disclosed in the ad. Worked out fine but not sure if that is standard practice or not. I don't recall running into that making reservations on other rental sites.

You'll be so happy

For a two bedroom condo this place feels big. The rooms are equipped well with all your furniture needs. The furniture is extremely comfortable and makes you instantly feel at home. It could use a few updated dishes, a few chipped cups and plates that need to be removed, but being a rental the owner just probably isn't aware. But that's nothing to keep you from staying here, you'll love every minute. Close walking distance to everything as well.

Excellent Stay in Ludington

This property was perfect for our group. The bunk room and master are on opposite sides of the unit which gave a great separation of space from the kids. The staff that manage this property were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Ludington!

Great location with plenty of room in condo

Property was in very good condition. Enjoyed the large living room and adjoining kitchen. The garage was very nice with easy access. Loved close walks to downtown, many restaurants and shops and proximity to beach. Will certainly come back!

Badger!

What a great view of the Badger every morning and evening! A lovely home and very comfortable. Location was excellent; short walk to morning coffee, strolling along the marina, shops and breweries.
