Guests can enjoy a walk on the tree-lined walls, which are located just a few steps away from the apartment, which offer a privileged viewpoint of the city. From their 12m height guests can admire unique glimpses of the main monuments, belltowers, Palazzo Pfanner with its garden, Torre Guinigi with its holm oaks on top and the Botanical Gardens.
The historical centre is also worth a visit: Lucca is a beautiful art city, rich of beautiful churches, palazzi, squares and stunning sights. Piazza San Michele, Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, San Martino Cathedral, Guinigi Tower and the shopping lane Via Fillungo are not to be missed. You can also discover old workshops, trattorias and excellent restaurants in its picturesque alleys.

The many events that revolve around the city make it an ideal destination all year round.
It is precisely in the unique setting of the walls that Murabilia is held in September and Verdemura in April, both gardening exhibition markets with flowers and plants of all kinds.
Other events worth noting are: “Lucca Comics and Games” for comic books enthusiasts, the lyric season in October and November, the religious and classic music concerts held in the city churches between April and June, the “Settembre Lucchese” with many cultural and folklore events, the Summer Festival in July and the market of antiques which takes place every 3rd weekend of a month in the alleys and squares of the city.

The apartment “Casa Capolino” represents an ideal choice for your vacation in Lucca, thanks to the terrace equipped with a small table and chairs, the modern and well-kept furnishings, the bright environment, the proximity to the wonderful historical walls and to parking possibilities.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor: spacious living room with dining table, sofa, armchair, kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 big French windows with access to the terrace, which overlooks an internal garden and provides a breathtaking look over the roofs of the city, 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, basin, shower and washing machine, 2 double bedrooms. Wooden spiral staircase leads to the spacious attic with two pouffes and two single armchair beds. Thanks to the two large windows on the roof, the room is very bright and cosy. The owner has provided guests with four mats for practising yoga indoors or on the beautiful walls of Lucca, just a few steps away from the flat.
The flat is also easily reachable by bus from Lucca station.
The flat is tastefully furnished in a modern style with terrazzo flooring and beamed ceilings in the attic.
