There are many little lakes and rivers to be discovered by anglers-nature freaks may have a stroll, go by bike or make a trekking tour. The art towns of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena are within an easy reach as also the sea with its lovely sandy beaches!
The apartment Graziella is attached on one side to the holiday apartment Raffaello.
Independent entrance, outdoor area on the front side with table, chairs and on the back of the house, equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella.
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining with couch, SAT-TV, fire-place, exit onto the outdoor area in front of the house, kitchen with induction cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee brewer, toaster, dishwasher, utility room with washing machine, safe, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, exit onto outdoor area on the back of the house. Staircase to the 1st floor: 1 twin bedroom with wardrobe, tv, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, tv, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and possibility to add 1 single bed, tv, chest of drawers.
The furnishings are tasteful, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, terracotta on the ground floor. All windows have mosquito nets. Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included. Parking within the property.
