Freshly remodeled from the ground up with the goal of providing a fully stocked and truly unique five star experience for travelling nurses, Texas Tech alumni and families who expect a meticulously clean and well maintained vacation home.

Three bedroom house for the whole family to enjoy. Garage and sunroom with outdoor eating area. The living room offers a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

The Kemper Camper is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood right between Clovis highway and Lubbock's North loop, making it a quick and convenient drive to the major hospitals, Texas Tech Campus and most major attractions for family fun.

This charming property boasts:
Fully stocked kitchen and utensils
Travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotions
Washer and dryer
Stocked coffee bar.
65" Roku TV in living room.
Hair dryer and ironing board.
Small assortment of various kids books and games.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, cameras are located at the front and back entry doors.

To make sure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review the house manual below. Thank you for treating our home with care and respect.
Maximum stay is 21 days.
Please be courteous and respectful to your neighbors at all times.
Do not damage or alter the property in any way.
No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana) is allowed inside the house, sunroom or garage.
No unlisted guests may stay overnight; only registered guests are permitted.
Please keep noise levels down, especially after dark, to maintain a peaceful environment.
Guests are expected to clean up any spills from floors, walls, or furniture. Cleaning supplies are located in the cleaning supply closet for your convenience.
No animals allowed on property.
Netflix is provided on the television. Please feel free to add and use any other personal streaming accounts during your stay but for your privacy please remember to log out of your accounts before leaving.
Wi-fi internet login information is picture framed and hanging on the wall right next to the front door above the light switch.

Checkout Instructions:
To help us prepare the home for our next guests, please follow these steps before you leave:
1. Check-out Time: Please check out by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts are not allowed without advance agreement.
2. Trash: Place all trash in the designated trashcans. If you have too much trash, you can also use the large trashcan located in the garage.
3. Dishes: Please wash used dishes.
4. Linens & Towels: Please place used towels in the washing machine.
