You are going to love your stay at our newly remodeled rustic luxe 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom home with an open kitchen & living room at a great location in Lubbock. Walking distance to both covenant hospitals and a few blocks from Texas Tech, this is the perfect spot for any trip to town. This beautiful home features a luxurious master suite and a spacious king in the 2nd bedroom, Each room is equipped with a smart tv, Hulu Live & fast Wi-Fi!

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

Beautiful home in a perfect location close to campus. The space was thoughtfully decorated and very welcoming, which made it feel comfortable right away. It was also well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Visiting son at TTU, quite neighborhood, close to university. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and backyard. Master shower was missing door and floor got wet, but owner pointed out up front.There’s no chest of drawers or closet in master.But 2nd BR had closet.Plenty of kitchen utensils and plenty of bath towels. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Inside was beautiful. Lacking in places to put clothing/luggage. Kitchen was very lacking is cooking utensils. The property is not well maintained: hall toilet banged upon use, bedroom door not aligned to shut, kitchen faucet sprayed into living area, ac unit filter clogged making a loud noise as it cycled; outside of house was clean of trash but windows were covered in spider webs and debry, back yard had debry/weeds, and ac condensor drained across the patio.

Just the right location

The place was right near everything we needed to go to. The place looks just like the pictures with everything you would need. The mattresses are firm so be aware of that, while I loved it my kid and husband didn’t. This is a great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights while in town visiting relatives. The house was comfortable and well furnished and was even decorated with a Christmas tree and house lights. We really enjoyed this cozy home and will definitely do so again when the need arises.

Cute and convenient home

We stayed here for Tech parent’s weekend & it was the perfect setup! We were able to spend some quiet quality time with our son while also doing 4 loads of his laundry! The house is convenient to campus, well equipped and very comfortable.

Comfortable, convenient to activities at Texas Tech. Great kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Only minor suggestions: toilet in main bathroom needs tightening to the floor, rug or mat at front door to keep from tracking into the house. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would book again. Thanks!

Great Spot in Lubbock

My husband and I were in Lubbock for a short stay. This property has everything we needed and more. It was a great place to relax in the evenings. Close to Texas Tech and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great stay

My family and I were visiting Texas Tech and rented this house for our stay. It was perfect, very cute and comfortable and the host was awesome. Our airline changed our departure time and the host was flexible and let us stay longer which was great because my daughter had been playing volleyball at TT and the late checkout allowed her to come back to shower and rest before our later flight. Lastly, the beds were really comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great location and freshly updated

We stayed at this property while visiting Texas Tech campus. First it is very convenient to anyone visiting the campus. Also the property has been very recently updated and felt very fresh and clean. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We recommend this property and definitely would stay there again.
