THE 10TH STREET MANOR: WALK TO THE STADIUM

Lubbock's only 5-bedroom home that sleeps 20 — and just a 7-minute walk to Jones AT&T Stadium and Texas Tech campus. This 2,600 sq ft powerhouse is the ultimate base for graduations, reunions, and gameday groups. Thirteen years of local Superhost experience means a seamless stay every time.

THE SPACE:
This expansive two-story, dog-friendly retreat features 10 total beds engineered for large-scale hosting. The main living area includes a unique Queen Murphy Bed beside a working fireplace — a one-of-a-kind setup that tucks away during the day to keep the house feeling spacious.

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:
THE GAMEDAY GARAGE: Full entertainment hub with foosball, air hockey, and Nintendo Wii. Garage door opens for that West Texas breeze while you play — fans provided. Not climate-controlled but guests love it year-round.

OUTDOOR OASIS: Private hot tub, outdoor patio TV, and gas grill in a fully fenced backyard. Watch the game while you soak.
THE FIREPLACE SUITE: Queen Murphy Bed beside a working fireplace — the most unique sleeping setup in any Lubbock STR.

MASTER SUITE: King bed, en suite bathroom, futon sleeper, private TV, and rollaway twin — a self-contained retreat for whoever is footing the bill.

The property is well-kept and very clean and comfortable. The game room was a hit with an all-adult crowd! Parking was available right in front of the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property for group gatherings.

Place was pretty dirty. The table and furniture are old and falling apart. The table was filthy when we picked up the place mats the was broken glass under the table that had not been swept up. The kids loved the “game room garage” The location is perfect for all things near campus and Broadway.

Great place to stay! Very homey. We had our entire family over for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was great for several cooks! The kids love the game room. Will definitely stay again.

Tarleton vs. Tech Football Weekend

We had a great weekend in Lubbock! Parents and college students from both universities shared this house, and we all raved about the location, amenities, and space this property provided. Our group had plenty of room to spread out, the garage game room was perfect for the college kids, and we had an easy walk to campus for the game. It was obvious that lots of little details had been thought out that allowed us to relax and enjoy being together. Would highly recommend!!!

Great place and location for larger groups

We rented for the TTU Oregon game. Location was great as we didn’t need to drive anywhere but the depot district. Lots of beds wick was great for 8 adults. We probably could have comfortably slept 10 without needing the roller beds. Would stay here again!

First off the host were extremely helpful. They went beyond to accommodate our stay. I can’t thank them enough for being so wonderful. The home was amazing and very Beautiful. The family loved the home. Plenty of room. Lots of space for us. The game room was just awesome. Lots of laughter and every one just had a great time. I can’t say it enough how lovely the stay was. Fantastic for Family weekend

Everything we needed and more. Close to campus and easily accessible to everywhere we needed to be. Our large group fit great for grad weekend and house had so much space and everything we needed. Owners worked with us as we had to adjust to changing flight schedules and guests. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you !!!

TTU Nursing graduation trip

We stayed at the house while attending my daughter’s graduation from TTU. We had 12 adults in total stay at the house and hostel a total of 15 for dinner. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

You will not regret staying here!

The home is beautiful not only on the outside but inside too! Incredible value! Great location and pretty quiet. We went for an early morning walk around the neighborhood and it was lovely! Super super clean, beautiful artwork, and plenty spacious for our women's retreat. We loved the lighted patio. Kitchens and bathrooms well stocked. Bedrooms had plenty of beds and pillows for our group. Check-in was no problem and the checkout rules were easy to complete. Host was quick to respond and help with everything we needed! There is an awesome game room that we ended up not having time to use but looked very inviting. We would definitely stay again!!

We went to Lubbock for a PBE (Pathfinder Bible Experience) from Feb 3-5. We were a total of 14 people (7 adults and 7 youth). We were blessed to find this home. It didn’t only have the right location and space that we were looking for but it also had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!!
