Welcome to the Island Home! You will be very pleased to
find the 180 degree of full view of ocean view in this home. We also has ocean front terrace and balcony. Best of all, we have new sofa sets, new microwave, new air fryer, toaster oven. Life is at its' best! We are on a private beach in a beautiful resort with 3 swimming pools located in fabulous Cupecoy close to everything. Perfect setting! Our penthouse condo was As a courtesy, we also have water tools for a fun day at the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrella, swimming noodles.

This unit is at the edge of the sea, you get a front row seat- just you and the Caribbean Sea. During the day, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and waves on our private beach. At night, observe the sparkle of city lights glistening in the distance, illuminated cruise ships, or gaze upon the stars while laying on our lounge chairs.

Rest assured, this penthouse is comfortable. Stay cool in this 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse with 3 air conditioning units, 5 ceiling fans and the ocean breeze being on the top floor. This property is equipped with a kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. The furniture is modern with comfortable beds. The living room comes with a 50-inch flat screen TV. You can relax on our private balcony with a glass of wine in hand while watching the waves and the sailboats passing by.

Our condo is located in the best part of St. Maarten - Cupecoy, only a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport. Bus stops at the front gate. We are in a gated community with 24/7 security guards. 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are oceanfront. One of them is a saltwater pool and it is great for the skin. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Golf course (7 mins). Casino, restaurants, pastry/coffee, 3 grocery stories and the American University of Caribbean Medical School. Come enjoy our pristine private beach. The turquoise sea here is beautiful! The water is so clear that you can see the rocks underneath. We provide swim noodles and life vests at the condo for water lovers. We also have sand chairs and a sand umbrella. This unit is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or anniversary. It is also a great place for family or parents visiting their children at the medical school. This place is a paradise! Come enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle and the beautiful St. Maarten sunset!

We had an amazing stay at Susan's island home. The location was perfect. The view and the private beach were spectacular!Susan was a wonderful host and communicated extremely well. We didnt get to stay here. Water problems we were informed of before we arrived and still not able to stay there when we arrived. Money refunded with no problem and Joe the (head maintance)guy came thru with another unit for us on a lower floor. Joe went above the call of duty for us.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spacious, super clean and had the most amazing oceanfront view-waking up to the sound of waves was everything.Susan was amazing-great communication from start to finish and she made everything so easy. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and of course beaches!The property had everything I needed and more and honestly felt like home the moment I walked in. Susan was great and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area to include excursions and restaurants. Very responsive and the condo was beautiful with a spectacular ocean view. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here. It's like having your own piece of paradise. Condo is perfect. The view is amazing. Nothing like just sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean.

The complex was safe and secure. The views were spectacular with your own private beach..The prettiest beach in my onion. The pool was great and landscaping beautiful! Easy check in. Host very easy to work with! Plenty of restaurants and market in walking distance even though we rented a car. Would definitely return and plan to!
