There are three first floor bedrooms, one single, one twin and a double. First floor shower room. Downstairs family bathroom, accessed via the kitchen. Sitting room with dining table and Victorian fireplace. Patio doors leading to a sunny patio. The kitchen is between the sitting room and bathroom, with a door to the garden which then has a gate leading to the beach. Gas central heating /gas fire. TV with Freeview, DVD, fast WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels all inc. in rent. Roadside parking is first come, first served. Enclosed paved rear garden with furniture and covered pond, children to be supervised please. One small, well-behaved dog welcome. The beach is dog friendly and horse riding is available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. The Neighborhood:

Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront.
