The property lends itself well to visitors looking to explore all that the Queenstown region has to offer, be it the wineries our the slopes. It is also more than suitable for business travellers looking for a quite recluse. We are set up with a full kitchen & bathroom, spacious living and dining area to ensure a comfortable stay - long or short.

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Lower Shotover is a small township based at the junction of the famous Kawarau and Shotover rivers, about 15-20 minutes from Central Queenstown (traffic dependant).

Free parking is available on the street only, but is typically not a problem to find. The entire space is your own and fully private. Entry is via an external stair case, up one flight of stairs.

Walk up the exterior steps to find the entry and enter into our open plan kitchen / living / dining space with access to an furnished outdoor deck area. From the lounge, there is access to either the bathroom or double bedroom.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space, which can also act as air conditioning in the warmer months.

A regular bus service runs from Lower Shotover to Queenstown, with the bus stop a 10 minute walk away.
