The spacious kitchen features granite countertops, fresh paint, and new flooring. Everything is brand new, including hotel-standard linens, furniture, and furnishings. You'll have the entire home to yourself, with two inviting bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a vast yard with two charming patios.

The first bedroom, affectionately named 'Mint Julep,' boasts a King Bed with blackout curtains and a luxurious hotel series memory foam mattress. The second bedroom, known as 'The Rose Room,' offers a queen-sized bed, a comfortable desk, and another hotel series memory foam mattress. Plus, the Lil' Love Shack's location is unbeatable, with fantastic restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops of Downtown Loveland just a short walk away.

Your stay includes all utilities, including high-speed WiFi. Additionally, a washer/dryer and a spacious attached 1-car garage with a remote-controlled door are at your disposal, keeping you comfortable even during winter.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a few minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park.

This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Loveland is a sculpting mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40-year running event that is truly a must-see.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15-minute drive, with availability to world-famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on-site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops, and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Lil Love Shack.
