The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, offering 2 queen bedrooms on the ground floor and a spacious loft upstairs with 1 queen bed and additional single beds.

The property features an air conditioner to ensure you stay cool during the summer and cozy in the winter. Additionally, newly installed ceiling fans in the downstairs bedrooms provide extra comfort year-round.

Madigan Cottages offers five charming self-contained cottages set amidst 100 acres of picturesque open countryside. On-site, you`ll also find Stomp! Wine, where their cellar door invites you to enjoy a delightful wine-tasting experience. The property is teeming with natural beauty, including sightings of kangaroos, rabbits, and waterbirds around the dams. Additionally, there are paddocks with agisted horses and serene nature walks along the creek for you to explore.

Getting Around
To navigate the Hunter Valley, having a car is recommended. However, several small bus operators service the wine region and are happy to stop by Madigan Cottages to pick you up, making your journey even more convenient.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Portacot and high chair are available upon request.
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.

Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to receive check in instructions. You will be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

In the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
