There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa with additional Wi-Fi booster points in most rooms, TV with British and Portuguese channels and plenty of space for children and adults.


The ground floor entrance has a grand double height entrance hall, welcoming guests into a home of glamorous sophistication, leading through to a spacious living room with comfy sofas for relaxing after a long day in the sun. There is also a large TV with cable box, offering a large variety of international channels such as Sky Sports, BBC and RTE together with access to your own Apple TV or Netflix accounts.(TBC) This huge light and airy living room boasts three sets of double doors with stunning views of the pool and garden area, as well as multiple sofas and chairs for relaxing indoors and entertaining area with open plan to the dining room.



The dining room, with seating for 12, leads into the kitchen, which has patio doors leading out to the rear terrace where the BBQ is located, with further seating - perfect for an early morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails. A fabulous fully fitted kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures with an extra wide oven, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, dolce gusto coffee machine and ample food storage for multiple families. 


The rest of the ground floor offers two generously sized double ensuite bedrooms each with built-in wardrobes and a large bathroom with shower.


The impressive marble entrance hallway leads on to a marble staircase leading up to the first floor, where two further bedrooms are located. The master bedroom suite is located on one side, with bedroom area comprising a superking sized bed, television and 12 foot ceilings, a separate enormous dressing room with chaise lounge and walls of closets on both sides and an oversized ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and separate soaking tub providing a private oasis of relaxation, with private terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and pool area, and two comfortable chairs plus coffee table to enjoy the sunrise/sunset.

The fourth bedroom is in the opposite wing, with king sized bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a private terrace overlooking the pool. 


Villa Flamingo boasts an exciting entertainment floor, with the basement level wing offering fun for all ages. There is a large newly refurbished 5th bedroom offering four bunk beds in total (2 single and 2 double - suitable for up six youngsters), with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. In addition, the basement offers a large cinema room with widescreen TV and surround sound system and comfortable sofas to enjoy a movie night with family and friends, a large gym room with exercise bike, multi-gym apparatus. There is a further bathroom and shower, plus a large and well equipped laundry room comprising further storage, a large fridge freezer, sink, washer and dryer.



Villa Flamingo benefits from a private electric gated driveway accommodating up to 3 cars. 

The private pool area has been beautifully renovated, with large hedges to the side of the pool providing privacy. There is ample space for relaxation around the large swimming pool, with brand new sun beds and parasols, beautifully manicured flowerbeds and a well maintained garden, complete with an outdoor shower. A gas powered BBQ is provided, where guests can grill delicious al fresco meals and enjoy mellow evenings on the terraces. There are two large extendable outdoor tables under a large parasol to enjoy while the kids splash around in the pool enjoying the glorious Portuguese sunshine, making this villa the perfect choice for family holidays to create great memories in the Algarve.
