Living Areas Villa Amari has been renovated to a high standard and offers an open, light-filled living space. The ground floor features a spacious lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area.

An adjacent TV room is perfect for family movie nights, complete with a large screen, satellite channels, and a DVD player. Sliding doors lead directly to a balcony, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. A dining table for up to 10 guests ensures everyone can enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms The villa accommodates four bedrooms across two floors, plus a single-bedded annex suitable for a 9th guest.

The master bedroom on the ground floor features twin beds (convertible to a double on request) and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. A staircase leads to three additional twin bedrooms. Bedroom two has an en-suite with a separate shower and an interconnecting single bed for children. Bedroom three has an en-suite shower room, and bedroom four has an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms on the lower floor open to the terrace and pool area.
