â» There are two other families that live on the farm, so guests can expect to see other people walking the farm and garden, and occasionally using the pool.

The home is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, though minor signs of age may be present as this is a well-loved home rather than a hotel-style property. If anything needs attention, weâll address it promptly to ensure a stress-free visit. We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

â» Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee.

â» Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM

â» NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning.
By booking this property, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines outlined in the listing. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fee, charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
POLICIES:
â» Early Check-In â Weâll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
â» Luggage Drop â Weâre happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
â» Late Check-Out â Let us know by the day before, and weâll do our best to accommodate when we can. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra nightâs stay.
â» Package Delivery â We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.
â» Pet Policy â NO pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $200 penalty fee to cover professional cleaning.
â» Extra People - No additional guests are permitted, only the guests (up to a maximum of 2) who have made a booking with us are allowed in the property.
â» Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
â» Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as itâs not an oversized item)
â» Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.
â» There is an exterior camera installed above the front door overlooking the porch, it is on and recording 24/7.
BY BOOKING THIS HOME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING SWIMMING POOL POLICIES:
1. The Guest shall only make use of the swimming pool between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
2. Children under the age of 18 shall be supervised by an adult at all times. There shall be no diving or roughhouse play in or about the pool area.
3. There shall be no glass containers used in the pool area, nor any food or drink in the pool itself. No one shall swim or use the pool while intoxicated or impaired.
4. The pool house shall remain off-limits to the Guest, and only Property Manager-designated patio furniture shall be used by the Guest.
5. There is no lifeguard on duty. Guest assumes all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and will hold Owner harmless for any injury or death arising from Guestâs use of the pool.
