This immaculate home nestled in a quiet neighborhood has all the space you need to make this your home away from home! With 3 levels of living area including two bedrooms plus two full bathrooms, and front and back outdoor space, this home has more than enough space for you and all of your guests to enjoy!

The living room is furnished with a sofa, decorative high back arm chairs, and a 45'' smart tv for your entertainment needs. The dining room is large enough to sit 6 comfortably with room to spare. Each bedroom included premier mattresses and bedding to ensure a good nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs and a coffee bar sits off the back of the house in the four seasons room. In the finished basement you will find a game room ready to provide you with an at home casino night, or board games for the entire family! Down the hall is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

This property sits in a quiet, established, family oriented neighborhood in-between the Louisville areas of Schnitzelberg and Germantown so there is plenty to do! Many local eateries are nearby that you will only find in the city and we are a short drive away from the sprawling 409 acre Cherokee Park. Venture off to the eclectic Bardstown Road that is nearby or find yourself in downtown Louisville which is also a short drive.

House was perfect for us, Louisville was a centralized location for family to meet us and it was so comfortable, beds were super cozy, great having separate bathrooms and it was decorated nicely and a great location. My only suggestion would be to add tea bags to your coffee bar, none of us are coffee drinkers but tea would of been great!! I would absolutely come back here and stay...

Short enjoyable stay

We took 4 teenagers to Kentucky Kingdom and stayed here to have the comforts of home instead of staying in a hotel. The kids really enjoyed the game room. It was nice to see 4 teenagers playin board games instead of on their phones. The home was very cute and really clean. Will stay there again if in the area.

Clean and quaint home

We were there for the Kentucky Derby. The location was perfect. We were close to the expo center and to some great restaurants. The house was clean, decorated very cute and had everything we needed. Loved the “coffee” room!

Pleasant Stay

My brother and I drove in from Missouri for family business In Louisville. We were pretty stressed and nervous for what we were about to face so I booked us a cute home in a quiet place, is all I was aiming for. Needless to say it exceeded expectations and was the best part of our trip! This home is way bigger than it looks and the accommodations were awesome.

First time in Kentucky

The house was beautiful! Very clean! Close to everything! We loved it! We stayed in a hotel for a few nights for my husband's conference and were so happy to get to this house . The beds were so much more comfy and we stayed at a nice hotel!! Only thing i would mention is its close to airport and many planes fly over esp on Fri nights. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again though! Also highly recommend Nord's bakery! Delicious donuts!!

Very Nice & Comfortable home

Was more than pleased with the house! It was very clean and comfortable. They supplied us snacks and coffee maker which was awesome. Cool game room down stairs. Beds were super comfortable my mother in law and 3 year old shared the master bedroom and me & wife shared the room upstairs. Nice quiet neighborhood and wasn’t very far from anywhere we had to visit. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again! Free Wifi aswell! Great little house

Really cute well equipped house!

Really cute little house! We stayed the beginning of Derby Week. The location was close to everything. The house had been recently renovated and it was a fabulous job. The use of space especially the upstairs bedroom was great! We also enjoyed coffee in the sunroom and wine on the rocking chairs in the evening. This Vrbo deserves a 5 out of 5!! Thanks Rob Hartley
