Experience Kentucky like never before in our bright Bourbon-themed traditional shotgun style home, located in the heart of downtown Louisville. From our artfully crafted interiors to our unique themed living spaces, this unique home has been carefully crafted and curated for your next amazing stay.

Enjoy our spacious and cozy living area, complete with exceptional natural lighting and plenty of gathering space. Our fashionable and functional kitchen offers the perfect opportunity to create your next culinary masterpiece and includes basic kitchen essentials. Start your morning with our complimentary coffee bar, whether you prefer Keurig, Nespresso, a french press, or a cup of tea, our coffee bar has what you need to start your morning off right before heading out to see the city. Unwind after your long day of sightseeing in one of our two vibrant bedrooms. Our primary bedroom offers a King size bed and a flatscreen TV. Our secondary bedroom boasts 2 Queen size beds, and a bonus back room complete with a twin-size day bed. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the perfect gathering space for your next stay. Whether you're visiting for a quick weekend getaway, a business trip, or a week-long vacation, our home is conveniently located near the best Louisville has to offer, and is sure to make your next trip unforgettable!

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.

Pets are welcome for an additional $50 per pet.

Please be advised that our home is a traditional shotgun style, with rooms arranged one behind the other with no hallway connecting them and a door at each end of the house. There are no doors separating the living/bedroom spaces other than the living room.
There is no straightforward answer to where the shotgun name came from but according to folklore, the name is due to the linear design. Theoretically, a bullet shot through the front door could exit the back door without hitting anything.

Please be aware, we have a Ring Doorbell camera on our front door facing the entry.

Meh, not as good as it looked

The yard was unuseable, looked like it hadn’t been mowed in weeks, no hot tub but that was in the listing, the bed upstairs was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in, no coffee creamer, the directions about the deadbolts was inadequate and confusing. For sale sign out front, take that for whatever it’s worth. Wouldn’t stay here again and I’m baffled at all the great reviews. Way overpriced for what it was.

Long weekend trip

The property was as described inside. Really cute theme and very clean. The outside is a little daunting due to the neighborhood and overall upkeep at the front. Once you’re inside it’s great! We parked out front and had a few times that our parking was taken but there’s an optional parking in the back. It was very close to the expo center and everywhere else we needed to go so that was a plus. Overall I would definitely stay again, the inside was worth it.

Lovely Home in Louisville

The home was exactly what we needed for our stay. The rooms, fenced in yard, option to park behind the home, location to downtown activities were wonderful. It was also nice to bring our two dogs (one of which is quite large) with us as most listing will only take dogs <50lbs. We had a great time staying there. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions rapidly (less than 30min, even before my stay). If we are ever back in Louisville, we would request this home again in a heart beat.

A gem of a house sitting in a not so nice place

The inside of the house was immaculate. Amenities were thorough and thoughtful. Decorated beautifully. Unable to safely walk around the neighborhood on our own or with our dogs. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and it would be nice to be set up to spend time out there.

Amazing house - 5 stars

The house is super cute with stunning decoration. We only used the downstairs due to our dog but my husband walked upstairs and said the bedroom was just like the photo. Although we were only there for 12 hours passing through, we would have gladly stayed for a fun weekend. The backyard needs some upkeep but the house itself was perfection. There was an issue with check-in and our code didn’t go through, so I did have to keep reaching out to be sure we had one since we were arriving after typical business hours.

Fantastic stay

Our stay was terrific! The house was as advertised. The home was clean and had everything you could need for an extended stay. Liked Louisville Lemon Drop

This is a great house in a neighborhood that looks like it is rapidly being gentrified. The location is 7 minutes from just about everything that makes a stay fun. The house was very clean and very well-furnished, with lots of character. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the first, which might not work for some travelers, but it is the nature of old houses to be a little quirky, which is what makes them interesting. The management was very easy to work with, as well. I would certainly recommend.

Beautiful Smoketown Home

This is a beautifully restored home in a historic neighborhood! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, all the comforts of home were here! We enjoyed the coffee bar! Even though it is a traditional shotgun style home, we did not lack for privacy, but we were a family group. Definitely would stay here again!!

Lovely Lemon Drop!

This house is thoughtfully designed with great decor. It has everything you need plus some really lovely touches. Comfy beds, nice linens and towels, great coffee options. You can see this home belongs to an experienced host who goes above and beyond to make you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
