Our spacious One Bedroom King rooms are full of historic character with a modern feel to set the right tone. One-Bedroom King rooms offer 500 square feet of space, a full kitchenette, complimentary ultra-high-speed wi-fi and 49â SmartTV with built-in Roku. Everything you need to elevate your home away from home experience.
Our communal spaces, including a charming reading nook and a serene coffee bar, offer perfect spots for relaxation. The modern bathrooms are fitted with clean ingredient toiletries and updated fixtures. Located at 601 E Jefferson St in the heart of Louisvilleâs trendy Nulu district, home to Louisvilleâs best art galleries, restaurants, bars and bourbon distilleries. You'll also be just a few blocks away from Whiskey Row, the Museum District, and the International Convention Center. We offer free parking in our private lot, with access to come and go as you please. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, as is free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and weâll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.
Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? Weâre happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am â we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleanersâ schedules and arrange this service.
Have a furry friend? We allow 1 dog up to 50 pounds per stay, and charge $50 per reservation if you plan to bring your pup.
