Historic District Townhouse in City BEST Location-Highland-Nulu-Bardstown Road

This luxury townhouse has it all- comfortably furnished, perfectly maintained and in the city's best location. Walk out your door to dozens of restaurants, cafes, pubs and parks!
This home has 1600 square feet of living area on three floors. Stay for a weekend or a full month- the townhouse is great for longer stays too. Walk out your front door to "Restaurant Row" and to dozens of shops and entertainment options. In front of the townhouse is the city's top eating area while behind it lies the city's top historic preservation zone, the Cherokee Triangle.

The first floor has a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa , dining area , a fully equipped kitchen and a half bath. Lovely gas fireplace in the living room, right below the 60" flat screen television. Wifi and Cable both provided.
The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare and serve meals- pots/pans/small appliances/dishes/cutlery etc. There is even a cocktail shaker, wine glasses, beer mugs and corkscrew.
On the second floor there is a spacious king bedroom with full private bath with jetted tub and a fully equipped laundry room. This bedroom has a work area with desk and an excellent office chair.
The third floor has a huge master suite with a king bedroom, sitting area with chairs a daybed with trundle, huge walk in closet and full bath. The bath has a walk- in shower with shower heads at both ends (a couple can have the morning shower together and both have their own shower head).

Kitchen has gas range, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker (with locally roasted whole bean coffee provided) and everything needed to serve 8.

At check in, the guest must provide Photo ID and valid credit card matching the booking name. This information is kept on file for the duration of stay. With our self check in option, guest will submit this information by email or text within 1 hour after check in.

For correct pricing, guest must enter total guest count and any pets at time of booking. Additional guests added after booking are $10 per guest per day. Pet added after booking is $80 per stay.

Perfect location that was close to great restaurants and an easy drive to our event. We walked to dinner and had some great coffee and pastries at the coffee shop across the street. The layout of the place was well designed for two families staying in the same place. Each bedroom is a an upstairs floor, and so they are massive. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs with no accommodations.

Check in process was a breeze, owner provided great overhead maps with color markings to find the place easily as well as the parking spots. The unit is absolutely beautiful, it’s in an amazing location and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. I would recommend this location if you truly want a comfortable stay.

Condo was great with noisy area.

The condo was nice and clean. Easy to check in and out. It was close to downtown and airport. It was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We were glad we didn’t drive our bigger pick up trucks for the trip as parking is tight. One of the parking spaces is in a covered area where when we finally maneuvered into the spot you couldn’t get out of the car. Ended up parking in front of the door which was also tight since all the bigger vehicles parked there. Also noticed many people parked there without parking passes so you might not get a parking space. On a negative note had one of our neighbors catch someone trying to break into their vehicle during the day. So lock your cars and don’t leave anything in them. The street noise is very loud. The bar right across the street had motorcycles out revving their bikes until after 2am and bikes race up and down the street.Friday and Saturday night were both terrible. There is also a fire station close by and you will hear those sirens too. It isn’t quiet. I would recommend the condo since it was clean and convenient. However, I won’t stay again because of parking and noise.

Prime Location and beautiful townhouse

We arrived on Christmas eve the owners were the most amazing people and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The townhouse its self is beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen is stocked perfectly and the location is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this property! We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far one of the best. Many restaurants near by, a few bars, the most amazing coffee shop on the corner and a courtyard out front. I could go on and on. We hope to come back one day. Thanks again for everything we had the best time.

We have a wonderful time with plenty of extra space. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants. Great location. Thankful for the white noise machines provided. They blocked out all the traffic.

Great experience!

The neighborhood is really cool. Lots to do within walking distance and centrally located to both downtown and Churchill Downs. We really appreciated the more hotel-like experience (I.e., not being asked to scrub toilets and the 11 am checkout). The only thing I would say is worth a note is that the stairs are pretty steep. If you had a new walker or someone with mobility challenges, it would be difficult.

Great Location... Nice Property

Very nice property. Well kept and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Lots of food options and evening activities nearby and within walking distance. Property manager was excellent was accessible when needed. Would definitely stay at this property again.
