Funny Home! This newly renovated vintage-style house is located in The Highlands, close to nightlife, restaurants, and eclectic shops along Bardstown and Baxter Ave.

Surrounded by Cherokee, Taylor, and Joe Creason Parks, perfect for outdoor activities. Just 5-8 min from the airport, Downtown, Churchill Downs, KFC center, Distilleries, I64, I65, and more.

The in-home karaoke system is included for your fun and comfort! Additionally, we offer Bourbon tours and transport services for an extra fee.

The space

General Information:
This newly renovated vintage-style house, with 1900 sq ft, is filled with secret spaces and unimaginable atmospheres. We continue to make updates and improvements based on our guests' feedback to ensure your ultimate comfort. Located in The Highlands, an area in Louisville, Kentucky, known for its high density of nightclubs, eclectic businesses, and a variety of upscale and fast food restaurants. The house is centered along a three-mile stretch of Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue.

Surrounded by beautiful parks such as Cherokee Park, Taylor Park, and Joe Creason Park, it’s the perfect place to engage in sports or enjoy outdoor activities on the weekends.

The location is strategic, just 5-8 minutes from the airport, I64, I65, I264, downtown, distilleries, Churchill Downs, KFC Yum Center, the Convention Center, Cardinal Stadium, the Center for the Arts, and the Nulu and Germantown areas.

Entertainment
we also provide a karaoke system so you can enjoy singing your favorite songs right at home!

Neighborhood
The house is located in a safe, residential neighborhood where the houses are not immediately adjacent to each other, offering a sense of privacy and helping to minimize noise from neighbors. However, it is important to respect the peace and tranquility of the area by avoiding loud noise outside the house.

Access to the property is exclusive to those who rent it; no visitors are allowed.
The property has electronic access and ADT security for your peace of mind.
We have cameras outside the property, 4 cameras in total.

Number of people and price
The cost per night of the property varies depending on the number of people. It is recommended that you inform us how many people will actually be coming to the house before your arrival so that we can modify your reservation. If you'd like a discount, please contact us and we can review your case. Otherwise, an additional $80 per night will be charged for each unreported person.

Essential amenities
We provide all the basic services: Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning, hot water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and basic kitchen utensils. We are always striving to improve, and since we are just starting with Airbnb, all recommendations are welcome.

Property Description
The house has been recently renovated, with large, new, and modern bathrooms. Additionally, it has two floors, a basement, a front garden, and a backyard patio.
On the first floor, there are 4 areas: the main living room with a fireplace, the karaoke room with a TV and small bar, a bedroom with a KING bed and a new full bathroom, and a small kitchen equipped with the basics. Both the main living room and the karaoke room have sofa beds for extra sleeping arrangements.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a large, new, and modern full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious, each with 2 queen beds (a total of 4 queen beds), and in the third bedroom, there is a bunk bed with three beds: the lower and middle beds are queen size, and the top bed is a twin, ideal for children. In total, there are three beds in this room.
Currently, the backyard patio is under renovation and is not part of the rental. The basement has a separate entrance at the back of the house, but it is not part of the rental, and access is blocked for tenants. In the future, this area will be rented for partial use at a fixed cost, but at the moment, it is not available.

Parking Area
Tenants can park in the front yard. If you need additional space, please contact us, and we can assist you by parking vehicles in the backyard patio.

the house did not represent the pictures on listing. there were a bunch of RVs in the back yard of the house. someone else was staying on the property. there was no parking for us at the house. We Did not stay
