Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. There is an age requirement of 25 years old for locals.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.



Especially when it's hot, Louisville does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Kentucky there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



Guest Access:

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.



COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville



Getting Around:

We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Overall a nice clean apartment with basic amenities. Very central location to Louisville activities. They quickly communicated with questions or concerns.We were very disappointed to find the pool closed upon arrival. Sounds like mechanical issues, but it had been closed for days before our arrival and we were not notified :(This VRBO is operated via a business and therefore there are a few extra steps to sign their special agreements and security deposit.

May I suggest that you purchase some new linen. For what we were being charged, it called for towels without bleach stains. The bathroom could use some touch up paint and the bath tube could use a super good scrubbing. I tried cleaning it myself with out much success. I was able to get the streaks off the refrigerator with a little warm soap and water. It's wonders what a little elbow grease can do. If I were you, I'd fire the cleaning person. The apartment, is nice but needs better care. Great location. gerator

The property was conveniently located and nice. The unit was as pictured, however it was filthy. There was a teapot which had been used to cook rice left on the counter. The interior of the pot was filled with mold. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of cooking items. The check in process was horrible.

Terrible Stay Away

Disappointing Would be an understatement. There were no instructions for the lock box and when we called the emergency 24 hour phone number no one answered. Upon entering we noticed right away that the floors were not clean. The shower was dirty and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were two towels hanging in the bathroom- at least one was dirty. The remaining towels were wet in the dryer. The coffee maker was also dirty. There were no paper towels provided and only 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for four people for the entire stay. We bought our own for both. When I asked that more toilet paper be provided I was told that your company only provided “a starter pack”. The hospitality was non existent in this unit. I would never treat my guests so poorly. There is no excuse for this. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for your Louisville vacation

BYO almost everything

The place was clean. And the host is very quick to respond. All the appliances worked and were in good condition. The decor was very appealing, nice calming/soothing colors. They provide a lot of hangers in the closets. I had to go buy paper towels, toilet paper, & salt & pepper, which have normally been provided in other VRBO places I’ve rented. There are no dressers or chest of drawers in the bedrooms. Maybe if you’re just staying for a night, it’s not so bad, but ours was a 4 night stay and we had to rummage through our bags everyday. Also, if you have asthma or allergies to smoke
and it’s not the VRBO owners fault
but the guy that lives downstairs smokes cigars on his porch and the smoke gets stuck in the stairs/hallway going into the condo. I’m asthmatic, so this was a problem for me. Also, if you’re going to use the pool, I’d suggest bringing your own towels. The towels here are sparse and they only have one kitchen towel. Other than that, it was a nice place. The cigar smoking fellow on the bottom level was very friendly. Loved the surroundings, lots of people walking their pooches. And the hot water is to die for! But be careful with it. If you turn the knob all the way it will scald you
but that’s my favorite kind of hot water.
