We are an extended family of 10 and spent 5 nights over a long Thanksgiving weekend. It was the perfect spot. Randy and Eric were exceptional hosts, greeting us and helping with luggage. The space was beautiful and very roomy. Everyone had their own space and plenty of it. The kitchen was well stocked and the table easily accommodated our large group. The location could not be any better as it is located in the very heart of the city, surrounded by museums, parks, great restaurants and of course, bourbon bars, all walking distance. Free parking for our three cars was a pleasant plus! We made great memories here, thanks to Randy and Eric. It could not have been better!

Comfortable beds and bedrooms, great seating areas, rooftop deck was basic but all you need. In an area with nicer bars and restaurants. Just a short walk down the street to a rowdier scene. Host was awesome.

More often than not listings show you amazing pictures and you arrive and it’s not.This place is the polar opposite, this place OVER DELIVERED in every aspect.From Eric to Randi, they took care of us better than family. I WILL NEVER stay at another place in Louisville that’s not this home. We were 9 and everyone was blown away. I’m not sure we even saw everything it offered. If you’re looking for a great central spot for a group where you can all be together without feeling bunched or tight this is it.Book it NOW

This place was amazing! Perfect space and size for entertaining. The rooftop patio was a great feature to the property. Very private up there with beautiful sunsets over the bridge! Location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of distilleries & restaurants to accommodate everyones wishes! Would highly recommend & would love to visit again!

Louisville Loft

9 of us stayed here as home base for three days on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Eric is great to work with and the loft is a great space with a lot of room for people to spread out if they want their privacy. The air conditioning worked great for as warm as it was in late June. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs master suite could help. The room closest to the front downstairs could use something for holding suitcases like a luggage rack or dresser or table. I would stay here again.

We had 3 couples and there was ample space for all of us to enjoy and maintain privacy. The place was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and modern. The location was great as we were attending the Kentucky Derby. The host was accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely book again.

Great Place Downtown

This place was great for a group event, as we did some activities both in the downtown area and outside of the city. We were able to select from a variety of restaurants and bars without going for more than a short walk from our location. The place was clean, inviting and great views from the back deck!
