This listing includes the main 4-bedroom home plus a detached event space with a 5th bedroom. The event space can host up to 48 guests. If you plan to host an event additional fees may apply (weddings starting at $3,000, corporate events starting at $1.500, other small gatherings starting at $850.

Whether you’re visiting Louisville for a tournament, concert, Derby weekend, family trip, celebration, or just a relaxing getaway, the house was intentionally designed to keep guests comfortable, entertained, and connected throughout their stay.

~ Fire Pit: Gather around the fire at night for s’mores, conversation, and quality time under the stars. Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased nearby.

~ Event Space: The event space is a stylish, private venue for your registered group of up to 16, with a flexible open layout perfect for dinners, game nights, and intimate celebrations. Any gathering with more than 16 guests is not included in this reservation and must be approved and coordinated with your host in advance.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friend groups, retreats, and gatherings.
