Summary:
Located in the heart of Loughborough our two-bedroom duplex apartment is a great base for exploring all that the town has to offer.
The train station is a short walk away and there are regular transport links to the university making the location perfect for those visiting the area for leisure or for those looking for a place to stay and work.
Based opposite the BAXTER GATE development with a range of bars, restaurants and a Cineworld cinema thereâs plenty to see and do on your doorstep.
The Space:
Sleeping up to 4 guests our newly redecorated duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1x double and 1x twin room both with luxury bedding and towels provided. There is also a bright modern shower room on the first floor.
The second floor has an open plan living, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen making the apartment perfect for both long and short term stays.
The apartment is accessed by a set of stairs, and you will have exclusive use of this apartment during your stay.
There are plenty of carparks in the town the nearest being either The Rushes, The Beehive or there is a small carpark located next to the apartment. Charges apply at all of these.
