The open-plan living and dining room is warm and characterful, complete with a roaring log burner, smart television and board games, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The cottage offers two beautifully styled bedroom suites, one kingsize and one twin, both with luxurious ensuite bathrooms, organic toiletries and fluffy bathrobes for an indulgent stay.

A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed on request at time of booking, for an additional charge of £22 per dog, per stay. Please note that the dogs must stay downstairs.

The wider grounds and tennis court are shared with the Estate's other holiday cottages however your group will retain plenty of privacy.

Friday or Monday

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Please note that there is a 3-night minimum stay, this may be increased to 7-nights across peak dates
