The alley to get to the parking is terrible and the parking is tight. One night someone else was in our spot. The apartment is clean and spacious, but the couch is lumpy, some of the light switches don't work and there is no hair dryer.

Great location - quiet street and walkable to local restaurants, bars, and shops. Host was very helpful, 15 mins from LAX, and kitchen was ready-to-use. Would stay here again on another visit to the area!

The location of this place was just perfect for what my partner and I were looking for. It was near the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The place was clean and well maintained so I appreciated that as well. I forgot something at the apartment at check out and the cleaning crew and host were kind enough to communicate with me to get it mailed!

The place was very comfortable in terms of distribuciĂłn of the rooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was super clean! The bathroom was also very nice, too. The location near Culver City and the Marina was very convenient for us, but we didn't feel safe with some of the neighbors on the property. That's not the owner's fault. We felt the apartment was too warm because although we knew it didn't have air conditioning but it did have fans, as we didn't feel completely safe with some neighbors, we didn't open the windows or the curtains, because you could see too much inside. Some nights were stifling in the living room. The bedroom was cooler. We cook a lot at home, so we appreciate having a dishwasher and oven. But it would have been nice to have salt, pepper, and oil at least. but it was ok, we managed with what we had. Rats near our parking lot, that was too much! There were so many rats every night, making noise and running near the trash cans. You could see them passing by. We were grateful that the apartment had mosquito nets on the windows! Finally, we never received the email with all the steps to follow for check-in/out, Wi-Fi, laundry code... and if there was something we needed to know specifically about the accommodation, we never really did! We figured it out along the way (for example, that the laundry machines were coin-operated). I let them know twice that we hadn't received any email from Lynx, and then they sent me some info by email.

I liked the clean and centrally located property; updated kitchen and bathroom; secure parking and responsive host.The apartment gets hot, especially in the peak of summer. The fans helped a bit. Also parking is very tight...but to be expected in a big city?

Quiet and very clean

This apartment was difficult to find at first - narrow driveway to parking space and important to note steep external stairs up to apartment. No air conditioning, but there are large fans. A block away from Vons grocery store. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was very clean and quiet.

Culver City stay

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere in and around Culver City. Thus apartment was walkable to so many things including Venice beach. The apartment had everything we needed upon arrival and was clean and quiet. We loved being able to bring our cocker spaniel too
