Other things to note
Home Truths:
- Pool heat is not available between April 15th and October 1st.
- An additional fee for pool heat is added to the daily rate between to October 2nd and April 14th additional fee and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does its best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing Urban Haus with a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group. Urban Haus will reach out after booking to obtain this information.
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9 pm - 8 am (Sun - Thurs) or 10 pm to 8 am (Fri - Sat)
- Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Urban Haus approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be found in the home.
