6. Parties, events and commercial photography: Prohibited unless authorized by the host before your reservation begins. [$1000 fee for unauthorized parties or events and termination of your stay]
7. Candles and cooking elements: Charcoal grills, candles (or any other cooking/heat/flame element) brought onsite are prohibited due to fire risk. [$300 fee for violation]
8. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Please vacate the property on time so that our cleaners can prepare for the next guests within a tight time window. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee if authorized at least 24 hours in advance (as above). 10. Damage: Renter is liable for any damage to the property or its contents that they may cause. This includes the replacement cost of permanently stained sheets or towels, and a $50 fee for replacement of a lost gate remote.
11. Excess Cleaning: Should the property be left in an unusually poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services) will apply.
12. Good Neighbor Policy: Guests shall not engage in illegal or disruptive activity, and will abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
For security purposes, the primary guest may be asked to provide a government-issued ID prior to receiving check-in instructions.
