The home features expansive indoor-outdoor living and dining areas designed for comfort and seamless connection to the landscape, highlighted by a Baja-style pool and outdoor lounging spaces perfect for sunset views. A fully equipped kitchen supports extended stays, while abundant natural light and ocean-facing windows create a calm, restorative environment throughout the home. Located less than 10 minutes from Calamigos Ranch, Malibu wineries and vineyards, and the iconic Old Place restaurant, and just 5 minutes from Malibu beaches and the Pacific Coast Highway, this ridge-top retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and natural connection.

• Primary Room - Queen Size Bed, Ensuite soaking tub with shower, private balcony, Walk-in Closet and jaw dropping ocean and city views, located on 2nd floor
• Primary Room #2 - Queen Size Bed, Private Balcony with ocean and city views views, Ensuite Bathroom equipped with soaking tub, sizeable closet, all located on 2nd floor
• Secret Bedroom #2 - Queen Size Bed, Poker table, 2 lounge couches, all hidden behind a moving bookshelf on the 2nd floor
• There is a an addition a queen pullout in the downstairs office, which is located right next to a bathroom and classic 80's pinball machine

The home lives atop the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, less than 5 minutes from the coast. Right down the coast is the Trancas Marketplace, featuring plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store with beach access right across the street. Catalina Island, the gorgeous Malibu sunset, the SM City lights, and the vast Santa Monica mountain range can all be seen from a heavenly view.

*The house is located at the end of a dedicated private road 3 minutes from the PCH, personalized directions will be given upon booking

We would really appreciate all guests to follow the following rules;

1) Any sort of party, extra visitors, or extra guests, must be mentioned to us and approved ahead of time.

2) Pets allowed for added cleaning fee

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar indoors.

4) Quiet hours: None! Have fun.

5) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 3:00pm to 3 am. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by us.

Check Out: 10:30am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our unapproved late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:30am. Additionally, if you check-out after 12:30 pm without approval, then you will need to pay a fee equal to half a full day.

6) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. We will try our best to collect and recover them for you if you notify us. We are not responsible for any sort of shipping cost in order to retrieve said items.

7) Pool: Never leave children unsupervised; No broken glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found in pool.

8) Parking:
There is a carport for 3 cars, and concrete pad for even more parking right in front of the house. The whole road approaching the house is privately owned by the home, as well as the extra pad in the back, parking in/along said areas is fine.

This property contains an exterior camera at the top lot, and an exterior camera in the back patio, which is monitored if and ONLY if we have suspicion of an unauthorized event.
