Hello,We need to formally report serious issues with the condition of the property, as documented in the attached photos.Upon arrival, we found the home to be in a highly unsanitary and unsafe condition, including but not limited to:âąVisible stains, dirt, and footprints on furniture that clearly have not been cleanedâąDebris and trash left behind from prior occupants, including used diapersâąEvidence consistent with possible rodent activity (including droppings and a trap found under the bed area)âąBroken glass and debris present, creating a safety hazardâąStrong urine odor throughout parts of the homeâąDamage to walls (including holes/punches) and overall poor conditionâąGeneral lack of basic cleanliness and sanitation standards expected of a rental propertyThese conditions make the property uninhabitable and are a clear misrepresentation of the listing.Due to the extremely short notice, we are now in a very difficult situation. We are traveling with friends and children, and there are no available accommodations nearby that can host our group, only limited hotel availability for 1â2 people at a time. This has created significant disruption and hardship.We have extensive photo documentation clearly showing these conditions and have attached them here as evidence.We are requesting an immediate full refund and will not be staying in the home due to these health and safety concerns.We will also be escalating this to VRBO support
