The home features two stylish living areas, a chefâs kitchen, dining space, and one guest bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms plus a luxurious master suiteâeach with a private patio and en-suite bathroom. A dedicated office is located on the second floor. Outside, enjoy a large pool, hot tub, fire pit, lounge seating, and sunbeds. The gated driveway accommodates up to five vehicles.

Guest will have access to the entire property.

This home is perfectly situated in the exclusive hills just above the Sunset Strip, offering the ideal blend of privacy and proximity. Enjoy quick access to Sunset Plazaâs vibrant dining, boutique shopping, and nightlife, all just minutes away. Nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, the area is popular with celebrities and creatives, offering sweeping city views, lush surroundings, and a true taste of the iconic Hollywood Hills lifestyle.

NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the pool being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
Rules of the house:
- No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 8 people allowed in the house
- Max occupancy of 8 people must be respected
- No use of pool area and rooftop past 10pm
- Pool sliding doors must be kept closed after 10pm
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before arrival as there will be a pet fee
- Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok)- There will be fine for smoking indoors
- There will be a charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
- There will be charge per duvet cover for any stained/ruined duvet cover
- There will be charge per sheet for any stained/ruined sheet
- There will be charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors have zero tolerance for noise disturbance. There are noise monitoring devices and cameras. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
If you wish the pool heated, please request it as there is an extra charge for that service. Our pool maintenance technician comes every Wednesday to maintain the pool.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
