So many good things to say ...First, they brought in a small Christmas tree for us we were grateful !Location is everything and it was perfect.Beds were very comfortable and the living area was large! And the couch was quite large and very comfortable Light and cheerful feeling throughout the house.......2nd bathroom was very very small.. but if you're not a big person, it will be ok.Krueg coffee maker... fyiThank you ... we loved it!

What a wonderful place to vacation with the family! My family loves puzzles and we were excited to see there were a few at the house. My kids loved having a puzzle out on the table while we enjoyed our stay. We loved all the paddle boards and kayaks and couldn't get enough of the beach! We shopped at a grocery store nearby and enjoyed bbqing on the grill and really just enjoying this very comfortable and very family friendly home. The hosts were great and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for everything, we cant wait to come back

The crashing beach

Our stay was fantastic! The place was bright and airy. When you opened the front door you could hear the sound of the waves crashing. About a mile away was another beach (Naples) i would recommend this as opposed to swimming the ocean. But a GREAT place to get away and hear the beach and relax!

Heaven on earth

What a wonderful, relaxing few days we had at this property. It is steps from the beach and bay sides of the peninsula. The home was perfect for being together as a family and enjoying the beach. There were plenty of sun, sand and water toys to keep us all busy. The A/C didn’t get very cold in the bedrooms, but I will take that as an offset to how wonderful everything else was here. I wish I had found this place years ago, I would have booked it a few times a year.

Perfect Girls' Weekend

This property was perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend!! Super close to the water, absolutely EVERYTHING you would need to enjoy the surrounding beaches, very clean, nicely appointed!!! I will mark this property a "favorite" for future trips.

This location is in walking distance to ABYC. We had plenty of room for My son and his sailing partner as we brought his Nacra 17 catamaran to practice for the 2028 Olympics!

Beach and Bay Perfection!

The beach is our happy place--and this location was absolutely perfect, even better than described. The home was well-appointed. From three very comfortable rooms, two bathrooms, and a large open common area with plenty of seating around the table and sofa. The decor was gorgeous--beach chic and simple which gave plenty of space for our items and to feel at home for our stay. The home includes all the items you could possibly want for the beach or the bay--our family utilized the paddle boards, kayak, wagons, and chairs. The beach really is just a few yards from the front door and, while the home doesn't have a beach view from inside, you can hear the waves crashing with the window open. We watched several sunsets sitting on the ledge not far from the front door. Excellent shell hunting and we saw several dolphins from the shore. Just one block the other direction is the bay---providing early morning shell and sea life hunting. We found a small octopus, star fish, sand dollars, and so much more. The bay is so very quiet in the morning--swimmers and early morning paddleboard/kayakers enjoy the peace as it slowing wakes up to families enjoying the beaches and quieter waters. We'd 100% stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot!

Lucked our way into staying at this gem prior to leaving for our cruise. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is beautiful and you can hear the ocean right outside the front door. It’s a super easy couple of steps to get to the beach. Property managers are highly communicative and welcoming. The house is beautifully maintained and has all the things you may need to enjoy your stay. This is a more residential area with grocery stores and activities within easy distance. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street since it fills up fast but wasn’t an issue as we ubered to most places and that was reasonably priced also. I’m only sad we weren’t here longer.

Meeting our grandbaby...

It was a perfect location for us to visit our new grandbaby, relax and walk on the beach just feet away from the front door and we were able to meet as a whole family one evening for dinner in the home. Communication was great - easy access and accommodation. Would stay again for sure.
