Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Our maintenance teams may periodically need to open the garage door to access some items stored in it.

This property may contain a bunk bed. The host is not liable for injury resulting from the bunk bed.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Great neighborhood, Great Stay!

Clean, comfortable, and great location! We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to coffee and food. The beach chairs and towels were appreciated. Only issue we had was with garage door code so minor inconvenience to open from inside. The living area was at the top of the house and had great views.

Difficult Climb Handicap

I was unaware of the steps for my elderly mother and handicap son. The heat in the home did not warm the different levels in the home. Requested heat only to find two portable heaters on day of check out that were left outside the front door and nobody bothered to notify us. Had requested early check in for my elderly mother and was denied. This would have been a good time for them to tell me that there were multiple sets of stairs to climb to bedrooms and living room area. Very dissapointed. Dust in main bedroom headboard and other furniture could have been wiped. Nothing else to add other than this home is not suitable for the elderly or people with handicap conditions.

Perfect for a family of 5

This home was cozy and comfy. The bedrooms were nice and there were two scooters and a basketball net in the garage which was awesome for our kids. There were also beach chairs and plenty of towels. The hose out front didn't work which was a pain after the beach and the dryer was broken. There was a dryer you could use outside in the courtyard so we could still do laundry, but I felt like I had to watch and take it out right away in case there was some one else using it. Otherwise the house was great, the view was spectacular and we had a fabulous time. It's a great location too, you can walk 7 blocks and be right in the heart of down town. We loved walking/scooting on the strand with our kids.
