No gatherings, parties, or loud music are permitted. A $1000 penalty will apply for any violation.

This is a very quiet and sensitive neighborhood, so late-night arrivals or disturbances of any kind are not allowed.

No Smoking anywhere.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our home and community by keeping noise to a minimum at all times.

Pool Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and we'll send someone on our team to do so in the morning (We do charge a $100 preheating charge for this). Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.

Why does the price change? Don't worry, it's just our dynamic pricing software working its magic. It adjusts rates based on demand and other factors to make sure you get the best value.

The pool has some leaves and twigs, what can you do about it? Our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a weekly pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. In the meantime, you're welcome to use the pool net to remove any leaves or twigs you may find.

Do you have enough serving dishes and utensils for big groups? Yes, we have enough utensils for up to 16 guests, so you're all set for a big gathering!

Can we book a 1-night stay? Unfortunately, our minimum stay is 3 nights.

Can we request for a towel change? We don't offer hotel-style amenities, but we do provide one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the entire stay. If you need clean towels, you're welcome to use our washing and drying machines.

Do you offer early check-in? It depends on whether there are guests checking out on the day you arrive. If it's possible, there may be additional fees involved.

Do you offer late checkout? It depends on whether there are guests checking in on the day you depart. If it's possible, there may be additional fees involved.

Can you explain the pool heating rates? Sure thing! The pool heating rate is $100 per day. If you're staying for 5 nights, for example, it would be $500. If you want to start heating the pool on the 2nd day, you'll only pay from that day onward. If you'd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just add an additional $100 to the rate.

Do you offer discounts on pool heating rates? Unfortunately, we don't offer discounts on pool heating rates. Our rates are already lower than most other pool houses, many of which charge between $150-$200 per day, so this is the best price we can offer.

How do I operate the pool? Don't worry, it's super easy! We have access to the pool heating system on our end, so just request if you'd like Pool heated or hot Tub heated and we can turn it on remotely!

Is there a smoking room or is smoking allowed on the property? I'm sorry, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.

Welcome to our home! We want you to have an amazing time, so we've put together some friendly tips to ensure everyone has a great stay:

1. **No smoking or parties, please!** We have a NoiseAware monitor and Ring doorbell to help us keep things quiet and peaceful for all.Violation of this rule may result in a $1,000 USD fine.

2. **Respect our neighbors.** Please keep things quiet after 10 pm, especially any music or outdoor gatherings. No swimming for groups or kids after 10 pm either.

3. **Let us know who's coming!** Please tell us the exact number of guests staying at the house and if anyone plans to visit during your stay.

4. **No fires, please!** The fireplace is just for decoration, and we're in a fire hazard zone, so no fires anywhere on the property, including smoking.

5. **Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**

6. **Keep things tidy!** Please clean up after yourself to help keep our home neat and tidy.

7. **Pool and garden care:** We have a gardener and pool service come once a week. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee if needed. Please note that sometimes leaves and twigs might fall into the pool, especially between service days. If that happens, feel free to use the pool net to scoop them out. Thanks for helping keep things sparkling!

8. **Furry friends welcome!** We love pets, and they're welcome to join you for an extra fee of $250 per pet. Just let us know beforehand so we can approve it.

9. **Check-in and checkout times:** We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There might be an extra fee of $50 per hour.
