In the open living area on the main floor, you'll find plenty of comfy seating with a plush sectional sofa, an oversized armchair, and a large beanbag chair. Get cozy by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 52in TV with cable, which includes HBO and Showtime.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up hearty meals in the well-appointed kitchen with a five-burner range, double sink, and side-by-side fridge with a water and ice dispenser.
When you're ready to eat, gather at the six-person dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for two.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom located on the top floor. Beautifully updated, this spacious room is outfitted with a California king bed and an office nook with partial ocean views. In the mornings, refresh in the en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, a second bedroom offers another California king bed, while the kid-friendly third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a crib. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination sits between the two rooms.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Spend time together on the large, fenced patio with ample cushioned seating and a gas grill.
A balcony off the living area also offers a nice spot to step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.

This family-friendly home provides a booster seat, stroller, toys, and beach gear. Other guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for up to three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage).
Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Hermosa Beach's mild weather.
Please note that this home's main floor is only accessible via a flight of stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
