Really comfy beds!

This place was a great place for us to stay with our 3 adult kids. There are 3 queen beds, plus a king so no one of them had to take a smaller bed. Plus there's another room with 2 sets of bunks for groups with kids. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. I'd say the location was good, but there would be lots of traffic getting to the freeways in the mornings. BUT, my guess is this would be the case with any place you stay in the LA area. It was really nice to have parking with a gate as well. The place was super clean and really nice and modern finishes. The showers were also really great and it was nice to have the extra powder room too. One thing to note, the neighbors have a confused rooster that crows all the time. It was really comical and didn't bother us because you couldn't hear him in the bedrooms. But something to note if you would be bothered by it. It would not deter me one bit from staying at the place again. Irina was super nice and communicative as well. Thanks for a great stay :)

Nice place!

We had a good time at this house. The pictures and description are accurate. Nice updated furniture and comfortable beds. There’s not much to do around but the area but it’s perfect for a group wanting a nice rental house for a few nights!

Great space, clean, good for families

We enjoyed our stay at Irina's home in Reseda. The house is very nice, updated, and designed nicely. The layout was great for us with a kids room and master on one side (with shared bathroom) and three bedrooms down the hall on the other side of the house. Worked well for extended family all staying together in one space. We had a need arise while we were staying there and even though she was out of town Irina worked to find a way to resolve the situation. We appreciated her responsiveness and creative thinking. The kitchen has only the basics, so be sure to ask ahead if you plan to cook and will need certain items. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits!

This place was beautiful and our experience was great! The place is immaculate and Irina is an amazing host and great at responding and helping when needed! It’s a very safe and secure place to stay for your family, pets and vehicles. We had a family of 12 people and plenty of space for all of us! I was very surprised on how great this home was and the amenities that she provided! We will stay here again for sure! Thank Irina for being an exceptional host!

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful and spacious. There were 9 altogether in our group. The adults had their own rooms and the children had their bunk beds in their room. Everyone enjoyed the stay and would gladly do it again!

Perfect Rental

Amazing welcoming rental property, beautiful home, spacious. Has all the amenities, iron and board, showers had shampoo and conditioner towels. Comfortable kitchen and dinning area. Kitchen had knives cutting boards, cookware and condiments. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was commucative and responded immediatly. I will definately rent this property again.

Absolutely perfect home

Communication was flawless, house was even better than pictures led me to believe. Any issue I had was taken care of unbelievably quick. Could not have picked a better place to stay.
